  • You may return most new, unopened items within 7 days of delivery for a full refund. We only accept returns for items that are in their original condition, unused, and in the original packaging. 

  • Some items are not eligible for return. These include perishable goods, personalized items, and items classified as hazardous materials. 

1.2 Initiating a Return 

  • To initiate a return, please contact us at contactus@libitshop.com within 7 days of receiving your order. Provide your order number and reason for return. Our customer support team will guide you through the return process. 

1.3 Return Shipping 

  • Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the return is due to our error (e.g., incorrect or damaged item). We recommend using a trackable shipping service and purchasing shipping insurance to ensure the safe return of your item. 

1.4 Refund Processing 

  • Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within a reasonable timeframe. 

2. Refunds 

2.1 Eligibility 

  • Refunds are issued for returned items that meet our return criteria outlined in Section 1.1. Refunds are not applicable to non-returnable items or items returned after the 7-day return period. 

2.2 Partial Refunds 

  • In some cases, partial refunds may be granted for items that are not in their original condition, damaged, or missing parts for reasons not due to our error. The amount of the partial refund will be determined by our customer support team. 

3. Exchanges 

  • We do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to exchange an item for a different size, color, or style, please initiate a return (as per Section 1) and place a new order for the desired item.
